How To Make Marisa's Favorite Chicken Strips
Ingredients 1. A large pckg chicken fingers, about 1 1/2 lbs 2. Enough flour to coat chicken pieces 2. Salt and pepper, to taste 3. 4-5 cloves garlic, minced 5. 1/4 cup white wine 6. 1 T lemon juice 7. 1 15 oz can chicken broth 8. 1 stick butter 9. 1 box of spaghetti, fettucini, or linguini, cooked (or you can use rice) 10. 1 pckg fresh mushrooms In a large frying pan, melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms until tender. Dredge chicken in flour, place in pan with melted butter, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook thoroughly, adding chicken broth as needed. About 10 minutes before you are ready to serve, add lemon juice, and white wine. When done, toss with pasta and serve immediately. Serves 4. |
